Two of Newcastle’s coolest venues are joining forces to bring you a delicious day of food and cocktails.
Known for its elegant dishes combining fresh North East produce with Scandinavian techniques, Hyem will be supplying 200 locally sourced oysters served with your choice of Hjem Hot Sauce or Hjem Pickle Mix. The restaurant will also present a selection of high-quality wines from their own cellar.
