Make way for the summer street food Olympics at Wylam Brewery, as former Battle of the Burger contestants will be returning to the now-Bank Holiday famous Wylam Brewery, alongside the heavyweights from all the brewery’s other foodie battles throughout the years (past and present), to slug it out in the ultimate foodie war to end all foodie wars.

15 street food specialists that have carved out names for themselves in urban Geordie food-lore from the likes of Slice Wars, The Mexican StandOff, ThaiKwondo and The ArgieBhaji will be serving up their most tempting culinary creations in a bid to with the coveted ‘Best Dish’ and ‘Best Genre’ titles.
Tacos against burgers, pizza against curry… it’s all-out scran fanfare. And we’re here for it all.
