Arty Steam – The Bowes Museum
Recommended for children aged 10 to 15, Arty Steam lets young people explore the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) at The Bowes Museum.
Participants will get to admire the museum’s incredible collections, which include wonders like the Silver Swan, intricate clocks and the weaving loom.
They will then design and build their own inventions using paper and other materials, all while discovering the basics of mechanics and engineering.
