Expect a menu that champions quality and creativity – from hot smoked salmon rillette and Darling Blue cheese salads to comforting classics like lamb stew, hearty risottos and crisp Eyemouth haddock. Seasonal sharing boards, indulgent desserts and elevated small plates make lunch here a feast of local flavour.
Your experience continues with a multi-sensory distillery tour, where Ad Gefrin’s spirit-making story comes to life. Guided through each production stage – from the arrival of malt to fermentation, distillation and cask maturation – guests can see, hear and breathe in the craft behind their celebrated whiskies and gins. A special visit to the cask store and a tasting inspired by Northumberland’s landscape completes the journey.
