We’ve teamed up with WWT Washington Wetland Centre to give you the chance to win a family day pass and a £40 voucher for their Waterside Café.
With half-term just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to plan an outdoor adventure the kids will love. There’s so much to do at WWT Washington — it’s the perfect place for little ones to run free, discover wildlife, and create unforgettable family memories.
This February half term, Mudfest is back. Stomp, splash and squelch your way through the muddiest, messiest half-term ever. Families can dive into fun activities like mud art, tackle a muddy obstacle course, or even mix and take home their own seed bomb. There’s also welly throwing, bean bag toss, pond dipping, and plenty more.
After all that muddy fun, head to the café for a well-earned treat with your £40 voucher. Open daily from 10 am to 4 pm, it’s packed with delicious breakfast sandwiches, hearty lunches and plenty of cakes and scones. The best part? Every penny spent supports the centre’s conservation work.
Not hungry? Don’t worry you can use your £40 spending credit to purchase goodies at the gift shop.
So, grab your wellies, pack your sense of adventure and join WWT Washington Wetland Centre for a day filled with wild family fun.
