Apple, watermelon and mint cooler

INGREDIENTS

2 JAZZ™ Apples – core removed and chopped into pieces

About 1/2 of a small watermelon – peeled (don’t worry about removing the seeds)

A small handful of fresh mint leaves + extra for decoration

The juice of 1 lime + extra for decoration

METHOD

Place all the main ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is fairly smooth.

Using a muslin cloth or fine strainer, strain the juice into a large bowl to remove any pulp or solids.

Transfer the strained juice into a jug. Add ice cubes, a few fresh mint leaves, and slices of lime.

Serve immediately for the freshest taste. This drink is best enjoyed right after making, as it doesn’t store well in the fridge.
